Cancellations and Refunds Policy:

• Non-Refundable Bookings:

• All customer bookings are non-refundable, and payments are required regardless of whether the customer completes the booking.

• Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

• The Provider reserves the right to cancel a booking at their sole discretion due to health and safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking or issue a refund.
• Bookings are subject to availability and may be limited by factors such as court availability or other considerations.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at our discretion.

• Refunds/Returns Policy:

• If you wish to cancel your online booking, a 15% handling fee will apply. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your booking.
• The facility may also cancel a booking due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the facility will endeavor to reschedule the booking or provide a refund.

• Refunds for Court Bookings:

• The facility’s website allows cancellations with a full refund back to the original payment card if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the play start time will only be refunded or credited under extenuating circumstances, such as when the Club deems the courts unplayable.

• Transferring Bookings:

• If you are unable to attend your booking, you may resell or transfer your slot to someone else.
