What is Gamecity Padel?

Gamecity Padel is Gaborone’s premier venue for padel sports, featuring three state-of-the-art courts: two doubles courts and one singles court—the first of its kind in Botswana. Our facility is fully covered, allowing play at any time of the day, throughout all seasons.

How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking through our website or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Choose your preferred date and time, and select the type of court (singles or doubles) you wish to book.

Are bookings refundable?

No, all customer bookings are non-refundable. Payments are required regardless of whether the customer completes the booking. However, you may reschedule your booking or transfer it to someone else.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your online booking, a 15% handling fee will apply. Alternatively, you can reschedule your booking for a different time.

What is your refund policy for cancellations?

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment card. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, refunds or credits are only provided in extenuating circumstances, such as when the courts are deemed unplayable by the Club.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel your booking due to health and safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking or provide a refund.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes, if you are unable to attend your booking, you may transfer or resell your slot to another person. Please ensure the new player adheres to our facility’s rules and guidelines.

What if the facility cancels my booking?

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at our discretion due to health and safety concerns, court availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your booking, we will either reschedule it or provide a refund.

Are the courts available year-round?

Yes, our courts are located in a covered facility, allowing play regardless of weather conditions, whether it is winter, summer, or during the monsoon season.
